About Tapas: Tapas comes from the Spanish verb 'tapar' meaning to 'cover'. They were originally slices of cured meat used to cover glasses of sherry. They gained more and more embellishments over the years and now 'Tapas' describes a wide variety of cuisine. But more than anything, Tapas is a way of eating - small plates to share over good conversation.

Tapas at Hacienda: Our Tapas are small portions of globally inspired cuisine. We advise that two to three dishes are the equivalent of one meal. Dishes will come out gradually and in no particular order. Tapas is casual dining, so relax and enjoy!

Established in July 2010 our Tapas Bar & Grill Restaurant has quickly become a favourite for guests and locals alike.  Tapas is a unique dining experience and should not be missed. Tapas originates from Spain however at the Hacienda we have adapted the concept of shared food and gathered inspiration from around the World for our dishes.
